Looks like you guys are having some interlacing issues.

Try this: If you're exporting QT files from FCP, use: "Using Quick Time Conversion" and check the "Deintelace Source Video" box in the "Size" tab.

Thanks ReelerTV. I saw that too after I uploaded it. It should be fixed now. I ended up using the Deinterlace filter in FCP because I had to bring in the master and recompress and I generally use Compressor to make an upload and a master at the same time.

Let me know if you see any other janky stuff on the shows.
